Free while it earns the right to charge.
GovSport is in early access. A small number of Australian clubs get the platform and my time at no cost, in exchange for honest feedback across a live season. There is no card, no trial clock and no auto-conversion.
What early access includes.
The whole platform
Every module described on this site, not a cut-down tier. Compliance products that hide safeguarding behind an upgrade are the wrong shape.
Setup with me, not a wizard
I import your existing spreadsheet, configure your jurisdiction's rules and sit with your committee to get it right.
Your data, exportable
Everything you put in can come out again in CSV, PDF or Excel, at any time, without asking me.
An honest changelog
You are told what changed, including what broke. Early access means the rough edges are visible, not hidden.
What pricing is planned to look like.
Not yet in effect. These are the planned prices once early access ends. Nothing is being charged today, and no early-access club is moved onto a paid plan without written notice, an agreed date, and the option to export everything and walk away. All figures are in Australian dollars.

Things that won't change when pricing starts.
- Safeguarding is never an upgrade. Working-with-children tracking, audit logging and privacy requests stay in the base tier. Charging extra to keep children safe is not a business model I'm willing to run.
- No per-seat pricing for volunteers. A club shouldn't have to ration logins for the people doing unpaid work.
- No lock-in. Your data exports in open formats on demand, whether you are paying or leaving.
- No selling your data. Not to sponsors, not to insurers, not as anonymised benchmarks without your explicit agreement.
- Not-for-profit reality. If a club genuinely can't afford it and is doing the work properly, talk to me.
Questions about what it will cost you?
Ask before you invest time in it. I'd rather tell you now than surprise you later.
